Release v24-28 deployed 07/11/2024

In addition to multiple client specific fixes and customizations, the following updates were incorporated in this release:

Add Instance Name to Course Uploader (LMS-1361)

Added a new column LearningObjectInstanceName in the course uploader processing so instance names can be added or updated in bulk. 

Catalog displays limited number of objects when "All" is selected (LMS-668)

Include additional parameters to further enhance the optimization of catalog search functionality.

Modify the token endpoint in the legacy API (LMS-1367)

Modifications to the token endpoint for clients using the API.
