At Learnsoft, we strive to provide continuous and reliable service to all our customers. To ensure optimal performance, security, and feature updates, we conduct regular scheduled maintenance on our systems as defined below.
Maintenance Window
- Time: Every Saturday, beginning at 8:00 PM PT/11:00 PM ET
- Duration: 2 hours
- Frequency: Weekly
Service Impact
During the scheduled maintenance window, services may be temporarily unavailable or experience intermittent performance issues. We strive to minimize any disruption, and all services will return to normal once maintenance is complete. While we reserve the right to use the full two-hour window if needed, it will not be required every week. In most cases, maintenance will be completed within the first 30 minutes.
Customer Notification
- Standard Maintenance: No notifications will be sent for standard maintenance
- Urgent Maintenance: In the event of urgent or emergency maintenance outside the regular window, we will notify you as soon as possible through email and will post updates to our status board at https://status.learnsoft.com/.
What to Expect
- System updates, security patches, and performance enhancements may be applied during the maintenance.
- While services are down, you may not be able to access your account, API integrations, or other platform features.
Support During Maintenance
Our support team will be available to assist with any questions or concerns during the maintenance window via our support portal at https://support.learnsoft.com/tickets-view and via email at support@learnsoft.com. However, replies and full resolution of issues may be delayed until the completion of the maintenance.
