In addition to multiple client specific fixes and customizations, the following updates were incorporated in this release

Policy: Manage ROMS Completion (LMS-2049)

Creation of the Manage Roms Completion policy, Policy ID: 100 to disable the Complete checkbox and Completed Date field when the policy is assigned to any group with View Only permission.

Force JavaScript to refresh so changes take effect (LMS-2033)

Enhancement to verify last updated timestamps of Javascript updates so users have the most up to date experience immediately. 

Rename Attachments (LMS-2011)

Enhancement to allow edits to the display name of attachments added to courses, user profiles, and evaluations.

Optimize Paper Certificate List (LMS-1842)

Sites that have a large number of print certificates will see the Paper Certificates list in a modal window. This enhancement adds functionality to sort by certificate name ascending and descending and adds capability to search by certificate name. 

Increase file upload limit for SCORM and File Uploader (LMS-366)

Increased the technical size limit for uploading SCORM and other attachments to 1.5GB. Keep in mind that there is a functional limit, and depending on your connection speed your session may timeout before the upload completes.
