In addition to multiple client specific fixes and customizations, the following updates were incorporated in this release
Enable permission to bypass cutoff settings (LMS-117)
A new policy 'Can move Users' allows groups with this permission to move users between instances without enforcing cutoff settings.
Add Instance Name to course information in catalog (LMS-1362)
Added the Instance Name to display in Search result entries.
Remove hardcoded timezone offset from code (LMS-1400)
Continue work to update settings that previously hardcoded an offset based on the client's primary time zone.
Reset enrollment does not clear Credit Units (LMS-1437)
Fixed an issue with the enrollment reset in the roster where credits previously issued were not being cleared when enrollment is reset.
ILT courses showing as Online in Certifications until the prereq is fulfilled (LMS-1526)
Resolved an issue in the user's My Task list where Instructor-Led Training (ILT) courses were incorrectly displaying the Online icon when a certification assigned a display order. Since the courses functioned like prerequisites, the system mistakenly defaulted to showing the online course icon.
