In addition to client specific fixes and customizations, the following fixes and features were incorporated in this release.

Add job position description as optional column on roster (LMS-1082)

Job Position description is now an optional column that can be displayed on the roster list. To add this field to your view, select the gear icon on the top left of the roster and select Job Position.

Increase Course Title length limit from 200 to 500 characters (LMS-703)

Add optional Section Name field to Learning Object Instance (LMS-1022)

An optional field called Section Name has been added to the Learning Object Instance form. This name can be added to your instance list view, so it is displayed in the Instance list for easy reference.

Instance Name field appears in the instance details section.

Use the gear icon on the instance list to enable the name, click apply and see the column added to your display.

Add last login to User Information Report (LMS-1106)

Add last login information to the User Information Report. Please submit a ticket to request a refresh of your report to this latest version.

Catalog displays limited number of objects when "All" is selected (LMS-668)

LMS-668 was reverted 4/17/24 due to a regression that caused Advertisement links to not load the enrollment modal window as expected.

Removed the initial default search when users load the catalog. By eliminating the initial search, users should have better results when searching by keyword across All learning object types.

Catalog now prompts users to set search criteria.
