In addition to client specific customizations, the following fixes and features were anticipated in this release.
Features and Fixes released to all clients
Ability to update inactive users with Roster Uploader (LMS-482)
Updated Roster uploader functionality to cancel and complete inactive users from the Roster.
Scheduled report EmployeeID filter has low character limit (LMS-453)
Increased the max length of Employee ID selector (VendorUserID) from 20 to 50 on Scheduled Reports.
Bug preventing move into instances with Registration cut-off (LMS-117)
An issue related to the "Move" functionality when the Registration Cut-off is selected in the Learning Object Instance has been resolved.
Required LO in certification- should not allow users to enroll in part of certification (LMS-111)
This feature enhancement enforces selection of all required courses within a certification for successful enrollment. This prevents users from self-enrolling into a certification when a required Learning Object (LO) has no scheduled instances.
Ability to set completion date for Online Course completions (LMS-107)
A 'Date Completed' field was added to the roster Action menu for online courses to allow adjustments to the completion date.
