Popup warning if enrollment exceeds x users (4163)
Feature: Provides PopUp notification requiring confirmation if Enrollment exceeds client defined threshold of users. *Requires activation and threshold setting
Benefit: Fail / Safe to avoid accidental, large system-wide assignment, enrollments, unless confirmed by Administrator.
Hide LAUNCH button on Assignments/ Certifications until course can be launched (4181)
Feature: When Assign by Course Order is selected for an Assignment or Certification, the Launch button dynamically appears once a learner has met the criteria to launch the course.
Benefit: This improves the user experience by hiding the Launch button for courses that can't be launched until previous course is complete.
Remove Completed Certifications/ Assignments from Overview Tab (4207/4591)
Feature: Certifications and Assignments drop off the user's Overview tab once complete.
Benefit: Users no longer have the distraction of seeing completed assignments and certifications on the main overview tab and can instead focus initially on incomplete or upcoming training.
Adjust Assignment Due Date Default Time To End of Day (4510)
Feature: This provides the assignment Due Date to be set not at the 0 hour of the start of the day, as before, but at the last minute/second of the day 23:59.59.
Benefit: The benefit of this allows the Due Date event to be reached at the end of the day, allowing the full day, rather than the beginning of the day...so 23 hours and 59 minutes longer to account for the day.
Align Stop Date Timing with any changes to Due Date Timing (4597)
Feature: This provides the assignment Stop Date to be set not at the 0 hour of the start of the day, as before, but at the last minute/second of the day 23:59.59.
Benefit: The benefit of this allows the Stop Date event to be reached at the end of the day, allowing the full day, rather than the beginning of the day...so 23 hours and 59 minutes longer to account for the day.
Clear ALL (remove all) functionality added to Reports/ Scheduled report (4535)
Feature: This adds the 'Remove All' button to the Reports/Scheduled reports option to allow users a single click to remove all items in the listbox.
Benefit: This increases efficiency when a user wants to clear out the listbox for Reports/Scheduled reports by doing it in 1 click instead of many clicks.
Improve alphabetization when sorting by Learning object on user Enrollments (4555)
Feature: Looking at a user’s Enrollments tab, the Learning Object column allows for sorting ascending or descending alphabetically by clicking the column header. Previously the first click to sort would sort descending; now it initially sorts ascending and a second click to reverse the sort.
Benefit: Sort order is now more intuitive and consistent with other user experiences.
TMS Only
Ability to limit who can the names added to Special and Probationary assignments (4261)
Feature: This feature is applicable for TMS Administrators using individual assignments. These assignments generate the performance review forms (PRF) for employees. This change will display only the employee names belonging to the TMS administrator division instead of showing all the employee names.
Benefit: This will improve privacy of the data, where administrators can only see employee names that are associated with their division.
