In addition to client specific customizations, the following feature was added in this release.

Suppress calendar event notification for past/completed courses (4393)
Feature: When a LO instance status for an instructor-led course is changed to Completed, the Calendar request for instructor update notification containing a calendar appointment for a class that has already taken place is not sent.
Benefit: Reduce confusion as email is not sent with Calendar update so the user does not need to worry about Email from Completed Instance.
