Request for Popup Message if Setting up LOI with Pending Status and not updating Launch Date (ID4511)
Feature description: Provides a pop up message when setting a learning object instance to pending status and not updating the launch date. Prompts Admin to select a future launch date so the backend service will not auto change the status to scheduled.
Benefit: Eliminates frequent setup mistake ensuring that learning object instances marked Pending remain in that status until the planned time they are to become Scheduled and Available for user enrollment. Eliminates mistaken enrollments in LOI not yet ready for enrollments.
Update competency list search so prior lookup remains after return from details (ID4533)
Feature description: Competency dashboard lookups, keep the current search criteria even after updates to any associated competency details vs. current process where the lookup criteria is lost after a change and the Preceptor needs to perform the lookup each time.
Benefit: Significant time when reviewing and updating competencies as a search can be performed one time and each successive competency update can be performed without losing the search parameters and forcing a new lookup.
Add due date to completion report Excel exportable (ID4556)
Feature description: Adds Due Date column to Completion Report Excel Exportable. For courses with assigned due dates, provides sortable, searchable data lookup. For those without due date, leaves blank.
Benefit: Allows for greater lookup and sorting capabilities for managers and compliance ensuring prioritized company information is easily found and more accurately reported.
